I have an LG Verizon Wireless Phone. I myself was to send ring tones and "splash screen appeared and said" connection "that is the message that appears. It was the same screen for about two hours and I can not remove or disable the phone or see anything or call anyone else .. What should I do? I thought about taking on the phone's battery and put it again, but do not know if it's okay to do because it's my first phone. Please help me! Thanks to those who do
